        "body": "Teams will consist of 1-3 members who will compete at the highest member's skill level.\r\n\r\nThere are two skill levels:\r\n - Low Tier: Those who have not begun a 200-level programming course\r\n - High Tier: Those who have started\/completed a 200-level programming course\r\n\r\nYou may bring paper and pencil apart from your one allowed computing device.\r\n\r\nProblems will be provided via packet and web. Problems will be submitted via web.\r\n\r\nStudents may compete in higher tiers, but not lower.\r\n\r\nGraduate students may compete, but not for prizes.\r\n\r\nOnly one computing device is allowed per team.
